Two the Moon: Ezra’s 2nd Birthday

April 20, 2021 Entertaining, Living

two the moon, kids birthday party, space theme, boys party, kids decor, space cake, space cake pop, galaxy theme party

My sweet baby boy, Ezra turned two late January! With all of my exhaustion from first trimester of pregnancy, I am grateful we pulled this off. You all know how I feel about birthdays, no matter how big or small the celebration, just make the person feel special. We had a small celebration with family and friends in our home. Happy to finally share his special day with you all. This is the most simple, no fuss kiddie party, ever. I linked all the details below!

Styling and Decor

Ezra really doesn’t have a specific thing that he’s into, so I didn’t want to do a character themed party, which is typically popular for boys. Actually, he’s into Blues Clues, but I didn’t want to go that route! lol. I thought this party was perfect, because our love for him is truly infinite. The signage ‘You are my Sun, my Moon, and all my Stars’ was the revolving theme, so I just played on that. I used my trusted vendors for the cake and cake pops, and that really helped to bring the dessert table to life. The galaxy inspired balloons were a true match for the space backdrop as well.

Party Guests

There was literally only one kid in attendance. Due to COVID, we kept the guest list very limited to mostly adult family, and a few friends. There was no kiddie table, and no games, but the kids had a great time running around.

OH! What a wonderful day it was indeed.
